Ben Peel
Ben is EM's Supply Chain Director. He brings broad and deep knowledge across Dynamic Food Procurement, Distributor Logistics and Operations, food growing and catering. Ben leads both internal and client projects, contributing to software design and bespoke client program development. Ben is also a Director for EM’s consultancy arm, Emfood Consulting Ltd.
Charlie Jackson
Charlie is EM’s Commercial Director. She brings a wealth of experience from the private and public sector. Charlie has led the development of a commercial strategy for EM, leads our client work and develops new relationships across the food and drink sector. She is passionate about delivering much needed deep and transformative change for the food system.
Simon Heppner
Simon is an Associate Consultant in Sustainability for EM. With almost 30 years experience in the field, Simon has been a dedicated sustainability entrepreneur and advocate for ethical business practices transforming the sustainability of Virgin Atlantic's meals and establishing sustainability partnerships most recently with Coca-Cola, Nando's, McDonald's, and Pernod-Ricard. He is a also a judge of The Mercury Awards.
Tracey King
Tracey is EM’s Business Administrator. She brings financial administration expertise in short supply chain management having led EM’s primary producer financial transactions management since 2017. Tracey’s work in financial operations in Dynamic Food Procurement initiatives has helped to enable dozens of new producers to supply the public sector market for the first time.
Stephen Plume
Stephen is EM’s IT system and architecture consultant, heavily involved in AgileChain's development since 2013. With over two decades of experience in technology, including 8 years at Credit Suisse, Stephen excels in creating robust and stable IT systems through a broad experience base across financial, transport, travel, and food sectors.
Rich Osborn
Rich is CEO for EM. He pioneered Dynamic Food Procurement in the public sector and is a regular speaker on sustainable food system strategy. He has worked with multiple governments and departments to drive innovation in food sourcing. He co-founded Equilibrium Markets in 2013, launching its online retail arm, fresh-range, in 2014 which ultimately led to the development of AgileChain technology from the ground up. Holding 25+ years of experience, he's led businesses from startup to over $1 billion in turnover, including 16 years at Procter & Gamble, managing operations across 27 markets in Europe, Middle East & Africa.
Hristo Manolov
As EM’s Technology and Dev Ops Lead, Hristo ensures AgileChain’s development is fast, scalable, stable and secure. He drives the implementation of integrated web systems to support the business. Hristo’s backend code enables market-leading innovation for AgileChain users.
Milena Monova
Milena is EM’s Product Technology Project Manager. She leads the management of translating commercial objectives into technical execution. In her role, she understands user and business needs and develops actionable plans ensuring that engineering teams are aligned and productive. She oversees the end-to-end project lifecycle, from conception to delivery and is the face of our engineering team with external stakeholders.
Antonio Georgiev
Antonio is a senior developer at EM. He takes a full stack approach but is the lead on AgileChain’s front end code. He has either personally delivered or overseen the the code developed behind large parts of AgileChain platform today. Antonio is a passionate foodie and takes the sustainability impacts of his work seriously. He is also an outstanding musician in his spare time.
